乾燥したサラミみたいな感じなんだけど、フランス人曰くサラミとは別物でソシソンはソシソンらしいのです 笑

フランス本土でもいっぱいあるんだけどコルシカのものはほとんどのものが燻製だった！あとはなんとも言えない強烈なニオイのものもあったり。（ぼっとん○所みたいなニオイもあったり…）
