承上post，貼一貼很久之前做的櫻花系列甜點：

都是用慣了的雪芳蛋糕、蛋糕卷食譜，加入處理過的鹽漬櫻花和櫻花香油，還有一些網上食譜，加加改改自由發揮做出來的。順帶一提，用的是兩間材料店買到的，不同品牌的鹽漬櫻花，應該都是日本關山出產的食用八重櫻。

說實話鹽漬過後保存期長，其實就甚麼時候都可以做得出櫻花甜點的，不過應節還是很重要啊，我們下年
