夏野菜も終わりに近づいてきました。今回は沖縄からのお野菜と果物で作ります。
●フーロー豆（沖縄産）
●ハニーバレルパイン（沖縄産）
●ドライパイナップル（スリランカ産）
フーロー豆は長さ３０センチほどあるながーいお豆さんです。三度豆の長い感じのルックスで、食感はインゲン豆よりシャキシャキしています。
ハニーバレルパインはマンゴーより甘いと言われる貴重なパイナップル。糖度の関係から使用量を控えめにしています。
