Meditovat. Tolik žen mi už řeklo, že je to sice hezká vize, ale ještě by to chtělo mít na ni čas. Sednout si v ložnici na meditační polštář, překřížit nohy a být jen tak v tichu, dýchat a ponořit se do sebe. Taky se mi ta představa moc líbí.
