Made a #slimmingworld lasagne last night which was pretty tasty. The ‘white sauce’ was blitzed up cauliflower, onion and hxa cheese triangles which sounds random but it did work! Leftovers for lunch today as well so I can see if it’s nicer on day 2. #swuk
