パーターフォンセ(タルト生地)にクレームダマンド(アーモンドクリーム)と葡萄をた〜っぷり。焼いている間に果汁がクレームダマンドにしみ渡ります。
しっかりした甘みと豊富な果汁のある黒葡萄だけで作るからこそ、葡萄の旨みが活きたタルトになります。
