勝沼で栽培される多くの葡萄品種の中から藤稔と巨峰のみを、老舗果樹園のぶどうばたけさんから直接送っていただき贅沢な季節限定のタルトに仕上げます。
パーターフォンセ(タルト生地)にクレームダマンド(アーモンドクリーム)と葡萄をた〜っぷり。焼いている間に果汁がクレームダマンドにしみ渡ります。
しっかりした甘みと豊富な果汁のある黒葡萄だけで作るからこそ、葡萄の旨みが活きたタルトになります。
