大好きな黒胡椒のチーズのご紹介です！

白カビタイプのチーズで、
表面の白カビ部分に黒胡椒の粒が、
たっぷりとまぶされており、
見た目はゴツゴツしていますが硬くはなく、
内側のしっとりチーズと一緒に食べると、
まろやかな中にプチっという食感、
そしてピリッと感じる黒胡椒の風味がクセになります♪

ビールや赤ワインとの相性が特にいいですが、
なんのお酒にもうまく合ってくれる、
万能チーズおつまみだと思います！
