先日、とねりこでもフルーツ酵素シロップのワークショップを、フルーツ酵素マイスターの八波さんにしていただきました????
それはそれは美味しいブルーベリーの酵素シロップが出来上がり、毎朝飲むと、なんだか体が喜んでいるのが分かって、一日頑張れました????
