普段、こんなにもゆっくりと呼吸する時間を、皆さんはとっていましたか？
普段やらないことをやってみることで見えるもの、感じるものはありましたか？

個人的には、北海道に戻る前にできる最後のイベントかなぁと思っていたので色々感じるところがあり、実はシャバーサナでガン泣きしておりました。
私にとっては、最高の時間でした！
