阿金嫂傳統小吃就位於八德大湳市場附近，店內大都是南部小吃美食，刈包外皮吃起來口感軟Q，豬肉口感軟嫩，搭配酸菜、香菜、菜圃並灑上花生粉，香氣十足，也不會太油膩還不錯吃，羊肉湯湯頭清爽並帶點甘甜的好滋味，聽說蔥燒鯽魚也是店家招牌，改天再來吃看看。
