前幾天終於去了台北W Hotel
31樓的 #紫豔中餐廳 吃飯????
之前就一直想去，但遲遲沒機會
這次搭上 #2018台北餐廳週
跑去吃了看起來就超夢幻的????
「 #海膽蛋白蒸澎湖鮮活龍蝦球 」????

底部的蛋白非常厲害
蒸得軟硬適中、入口即化
完全反應著火候拿捏的技術...
澎湖小龍蝦的肉質細嫩又彈牙????
搭上奶油般口感的海膽一起入口
每一口都是滿滿的幸福啊～????
