Slow Saturday. Slept in, then lolled about in bed with a book until noonish, did a bit of tidying, then made this monster of a breakfast/lunch/brunch. (Is it still brunch if you eat it after 2?) Eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, onion are all from Gresczyk Farm
