看到臉友介紹了一家私房蛋黃酥，不過企鵝對於豆沙類的甜點很難有愛，唯一吃了還會再吃的，大概只有阿櫃的銅鑼燒，但是想到家有吃貨鵝拔跟小企鵝，加上新香珍蛋黃酥不預定呷謀的概念，索性就訂了十顆一盒給家人品嚐品嚐。
裡面都有包著一顆黃澄澄地鴨蛋蛋黃，甜餡料分別為紅豆、芋頭以及甜鹹的綠豆肉脯，以鵝拔吃過的口感形容，酥皮夠香且餡泥細緻，蛋黃不乾
