2018年6月に奈良県西吉野にて収穫された選りすぐりの梅です????
鶯宿の実はとても硬いため梅干しには使われることがなく、そのほとんどが梅酒やシロップに使われます????
非常に歴史の深い梅なのですが近年開発された品種と比べると病気に弱く生産量が不安定なため年々生産者の数が減っています????
しかし、その風味は驚くほどに苦味やえぐ味がなく、上品で穏やかな甘味はCHOYAのブレンダー
