イタリア料理出身のシェフがイタリア米カルナローリで作った本格派リゾットです????
中の具にもサーモンが入っていて上には自家製スモークサーモンが乗ったサーモンづくしな逸品です！
最後に7種のキノコと栗のラザニアです
