フランス南西部のホロホロ鳥。セップ茸と合わせてみようかな?とりあえず味見に手羽先と手羽元をあぶり焼きにして食べましたけどブレスやブルゴーニュのトップクラスに迫るおいしさでしたよ。
ひと手間かけた詰め物とシンプルなあぶり焼きの二種類作ってみましょーかねー。
