這次將月餅切成片狀，其實不是手痕，只是因為第一刀切不中雙黃，唯有切多幾吓，沒想到影出來的效果又不錯。
後來母上回家，見到我將月餅當牛扒咁切，居然話：「咁樣切片幾好喎！可以睇到邊件有蛋黃、邊間冇。」
這樣切感覺還很chic，薄薄的有種時尚感，而且食落貌似冇咁肥（貌似）。
但也不能太薄，太薄的話蛋黃就會掉出來，餅本身不夠油水也會散開，要求好高derrr。
