8月のラーツ部は千葉へ。先月に続き今月もてらみん部長が不在という緊急事態のなか、みな一様に険しい表情のまままずはやぶかぶへ。8月日曜日の定休日を返上した限定メニュー提供第4弾。
鰯、秋刀魚、鯖、鰹、宗田と5種の魚介乾物のみのダシを塩ダレでまとめたスープ。なんとやぶかぶでは初の無化調なんだとか。
どの素材も突出せずみんなが手を繋いで輪になっているまさにおさかな天国。口に残る僅かな苦味が心地いい。
