~Garden to Table~ Eggplant????was on the menu last night. Our first eggplant from the garden????. I made fried eggplant as an appetizer. We also picked fresh tomatoes???? to make a Tomato Puff Pastry Tart. It’s always wonderful to have fresh ingredients
