I do LOVE rum baba so when I saw this on the menu at @carlucciosgq I just had to have it.
It was one of their Dolcetti desserts, a mini treat served with a coffee/tea. Rum baba is a sponge soaked in rum syrup. I could easily have eaten two...????...
