Découverte d'un nouveau flan aujourd'hui, celui de la très sympathique @boulangeriepersephone (12e). Un bel appareil crémeux, une pâte feuilletée super bien cuite (peut-être un peu trop même cette fois-ci ????) et un gout très très agréable en bouche.
