#tbt to last weekend’s #ragnar #reachthebeach - Ran 42 miles between Friday / Saturday with 5 official legs totaling 31.5 miles with 1651’ climbing at an avg of 7:14. Kept 15 of them under 7 minute pace. Thanks to an awesome team for all there support.
