Buon lunedì!
Inizia la prima settimana d’autunno e io vi lascio una ricetta per chiudere un altro pezzetto d’estate in vasetto: le melanzane sott’olio a filetti preparati a crudo e con qualche aroma come tradizione calabrese vuole.
