イタリアで今も昔ながらの製法で作られる、もちもちの乾麺。
20年のシェフ経験を通して選んだ特別おいしいオリーブオイルやトマト缶。
アミノ酸無添加で自然なうまみをひきだした自家製のだし。
地元、大分をはじめとして日本各地から送っていただく新鮮な魚介や野菜。
これらの素材をなるべく活かしたパスタを食べてほしいと思って始めたお店が
