9月は忙しくて、バタバタと
過ごしてしまったことが反省です????
何だか色々と起きすぎて、
味わう暇もなく過ぎてしまった????

最近とても思うのが、
「心のゆとり」こそ何よりも大切
だなぁと感じます。心のゆとりが
なかったら、小さいことが気になったり、イライラしやすかったり、言わなくてもいい言葉言ってしまったり
してしまいますもんね????????

心のゆとりを保つことが、
自分にも優しくなれるし、
相手にも優しくなれるなぁと☺️????
