皆さまこんにちは。 Laxmi YOGA本部の青山です。今月は3企業様による出張レッスンが開催されました。椅子ヨガ、バレトン、疲労回復簡単ヨガ、職場で家庭で医療や介護の場であらゆる場面でできるレッスンの要望が増えていますね。 その中で先週、〜働く女性の健康〜をテーマにしたレッスンがLaxmi担当講師Yoko先生とMika先生のもと行われました。総勢57名の働く女性が参加をし、殆どの方がヨガ未経験でスタジオに行くのはちょっと…という方でした。 2人の先生によるレッスンは大好評を頂き「今日をきっかけにヨガ
