新潟で1人暮らしをした時から、私のチャーハンの作り方は「溶き卵にご飯を絡めてから炒める」方法。
料理初心者の学生時代、なんかの料理雑誌に「パラパラチャーハンの家庭での作り方」的なのが掲載されていて。
玉子ごはんみたくなったのをフライパンに入れたら、パラパラチャーハンになるんだと半信半疑だったのが忘れられない（笑）
今はIHですが、それでもパラパラになるから、やっぱりこの方法すごい♪♪やめられない（笑）
