江戸時代の刀の鞘の修理を御依頼いただきました。
古いものは、その時代感を大事にするため、風合いを損なわずに修理してほしいとのことでした。
漆が剥がれている部分は、虫喰いのような空洞化した部分もあり、放っておくと修理も難しかったと思います。
仕上がりにはご満足いただいたようで、私たちも一安心です。
