栗ごろっごろの栗ごはん、実家で取れた栗を送ってもらって使っています。昔は実家の栗って甘い印象がなかったんだけど（笑）、ここ数年寝かす技を覚えてから断然甘く美味しくなってびっくり（母がテレビで????知って以来実践してます）
新聞紙に包んでジップロックなどのチャック付きの袋に入れて野菜室で2-3週間寝かすだけ！
1/4をもち米にして、水と昆布と酒にしっかりめに塩をきかせれば絶品栗ごはんの出来上がり?????
