文武両道⚔

今日は朝から、嫌な税金や確定申告や
経営の勉強を5〜6時間して、
その後は仲良しの先生に頼まれて
ちびっ子達の剣道の先生をして、
そのあと夜はダンスへ????✨✨

学生時代は剣道に燃えていたので、
久しぶりに剣道をしたら楽しかった＆
子どもに教えるのも????☺️

・
ダンスは音楽の波に溺れる感じが
本当に楽しく、踊っていると
疲れがふきとぶ????❤︎
朝は頭痛すぎたけど、運動して今日も
スッキリ????????
