This was breakfast: uttapam (recipe in my book V is for Vegan), stuffed paratha, coconut relish, lime pickle, fresh goat curd. Today I’m at the all inclusive Junglehome camp. A couple of days ago I went out on safari and was lucky enough to see a tiger. N
