中原夜市的喵星燒，最為用心的就是餅皮，不論是喵星Q的鬆餅皮，還是喵星燒的丹麥皮，都是自己製作，也做出自己的特色。他們一個軟Q有咬勁，越咀嚼越香，一個有著54層的丹麥餅皮，再撒上砂糖去製成酥香脆口的外皮，就像楓糖可頌般的香，可是那多層次的丹麥皮，卻比可頌更有口感，大家一定要去試看看！
