この蕎麦は東一市場の名店Moriの森さんがもう一軒やってる富沢の「和だす」。 森さんは11月4日にEKITUZI TERIYAKIBASEで弟子の雅さんと蕎麦打ちバーを1日限り11:00～20:00でオープンしてくれます。
