#関市グルメ #日本處處有美食 . 除了美景和工藝，當然還有美食???? 関市這裡最有名的就是#鰻魚和 #香魚 ☺️ 因為這個地方不靠海所以以河川的魚類為主要食材 . 我其實是不愛吃鰻魚飯的但這次吃完後整個愛上???? 岐阜這裡的鰻魚是直接去烤和東京習慣先蒸過的鰻魚很不一樣相較之下，凸顯了肉質的Q彈???? 口感不軟爛，每一口都好彈牙???? 而且魚刺也幾乎無感???? 我非常喜歡這裡的鰻魚飯以後大概也只有來中部這裡會吃了...???? . 另一個有名的料理是#鮎也就是我們習慣說的#香魚 | SnapWidget
