除了美景和工藝，當然還有美食????
関市這裡最有名的就是 #鰻魚 和 #香魚 ☺️
因為這個地方不靠海
所以以河川的魚類為主要食材
.
我其實是不愛吃鰻魚飯的
但這次吃完後整個愛上????
岐阜這裡的鰻魚是直接去烤
和東京習慣先蒸過的鰻魚很不一樣
相較之下，凸顯了肉質的Q彈????
口感不軟爛，每一口都好彈牙????
而且魚刺也幾乎無感????
我非常喜歡這裡的鰻魚飯
以後大概也只有來中部這裡會吃了...????
