今回の桃ヴァイツェンの品種は「川中島白桃」です！

桃は毎年、和歌山の八旗農園の「あら皮の桃」を贅沢に使用しており、桃はその日に採れた新鮮な桃をすべて手作業でピューレに加工してもらいとても贅沢に使用しています。
