That post HIIT face... Here's what we did 1. 30 seonds all out sprint on recumbent bike 2. Pull ups 3. Ab wheel roll-outs 6 sets. Rest 1 minute after doing a full circuit. No rest between the exercises. @waldojvr we died brother ????
