Jsem obrovský závislák na ovoci, v létě ho je všude plno a jíst pravidelné dávky není zas takový problém. V zimě si to už trochu hlídám a to i díky smoothie. A co je fajn, že nemusí být jen z ovoce ale i zeleniny. Moji podzimní favorité jsou ?????????????
