しぐれ煮と言っても、牛丼の具と
しぐれ煮の合いの子みたいな感じかな～～。

【作り方】
普通、しぐれ煮の作り方は
（わたしの場合）生姜のせん切りと、醬油・砂糖で甘辛く煮込んで、汁を少しも残さないやり方なんだけど、
このレシピでは牛丼要素も入れてます。

・牛肉切り落とし 300g
・たまねぎ 1個
・糸こんにゃく 80g
・砂糖 大さじ3
・赤ワイン（無ければ普通に日本酒でもOKです）50cc
・醤油 大さじ3

を煮込んで少し汁気を残しました＾＾。
