Há 4 dias comprei os livros da @jocooking e comecei a fazer a “dieta” paleo.
Não toco em glúten, nem açúcares refinados, nem álcool desde então. O que me custa mais é o chocolate e o copo de vinho à noite.
Hoje estou de ressaca só penso em doces.
