You rarely see *tart* cherry pies around so I make one for my friend's birthday each year as it's his favorite. Turned out way better than the photo looks! Recipe below.
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Minute tapioca
2 cans Oregon Red Tart Cherries, drained
