鯖缶は、大根おろしとか、マヨネーズなんかをちょっと添えただけでもおいしいですよね。
肉類が一切食べられない実家の父。肉料理がメインの時は、こそっと立ち上がって鯖缶持ってきて、お醤油かけて、おいしそうに食べていたなぁ、なんて思い出します。
