Pioppino - dieser lustige Name gehört zu einem kleinen Zuchtpilz. Ilona hat den Pilz erst vor kurzem entdeckt, ist aber schon ein Fan. Der Pioppino hat einen feinen, intensiven Geschmack und bleibt auch nach dem Kochen fest.
