先日「カンパリ カクテルコンペティション アジア 2018」日本大会が初開催されました。
優勝したのは兵庫県の小川尚人さん #bar_elixir_de _longue_vie #兵庫
発表の前にファイナリスト7名よるカクテルを、我々参加者全員が試飲できるという、うれしい試みも。
レシピとプレゼンテーションを見るだけで、ジャッジの結果を聞くということが通例だったので、この方法はとても楽しく、しかも、コンペ参加者のみならず、全員にとってカクテルづくりの
