〜英国のサンドイッチ〜
東京サロンでの初レッスン、無事に終了致しました。遠くからご参加くださった皆様、本当にありがとうございます。
今回のアフタヌーンティーでは、できる限り伝統的な英国のメニューを楽しんでいただきたいと、サンドイッチもアレンジせず、昔ながらの作りな方でシンプルに作りました。普通の卵サンドもあるものを使い英国風に！そして、英国のアフタヌーンには欠かせないキューカンバーサンドイッチは、ひと手間かけて、さっぱりとした食感を楽しんでいただきました。
