ここから生まれる日本のボタニカルブランデーが待ち遠しい…
ここは「mitosaya薬草園蒸留所」に続く植物園。
場所は、千葉県大多喜町。
5000坪というびっくりするような敷地に、プラムやアプリコットなどの果樹園、薬草のアンジェリカ、セリ…… 。
クロモジやニッケイなど日本でおなじみの樹木も。
ブロンズフェンネルやニガヨモギ、イソップ、アニスなどなど
ここの植物が今年どのような冬をこえ、春を迎えるのでしょうか。
