小さなワークショップとお茶を楽しむ会で
お灸レッスンをさせて頂きました〜。
今回は「冷え」をメインテーマに、
体質チェックからオススメのマイツボを探し、実際にせんねん灸や生姜を使ってお灸をして頂きました！
そしてさらに腸から温まって頂こうと竹筒を使った塩灸の体験も❣️
本来はおへそのくぼみに塩を盛りそこに艾を置き施灸となりますが、竹筒を使うことにより随分と扱いやすくなります。塩を通して湿気を帯びた艾の熱が、何とも心地よい湿熱となって体の芯まで温めます。
