アフタヌーンティーレッスンのスイーツ。3段トレーにご用意したのは、英国菓子のイートンメス、チョコレートケーキ、ショートブレッド。そして、英国のティールームのワゴンのように、沢山のスイーツをご用意しております。この日はヴィクトリアサンドイッチケーキ、そして人気の高いレモンドリズルケーキ、ジンジャーブレッドクッキー。焼き菓子は全て国産の発酵バター、国産の小麦粉、甜菜糖などこだわりの材料を使用し丁寧に手作りをしております。また、レシピはできる限り、本場の伝統的な英国菓子をご用意しております。
