Deuxième pâtisserie chez @boetmie qui m’a attiré, moi le grand fan de Mont-Blanc (je lance d’ailleurs ma saison des MB ????).
Encore une belle pâtisserie avec une mousse au marron très peu sucrée. On sent bien le goût de la châtaigne, relevé par la fraich
