こちらは伝統的なペティコートテイルという形です。通常は、生地を丸く広げて指先で周囲にフリルのような形に整えていきますが、これがなかなか難しいのです！

この型はイギリスのアンティークショップで出会ったものなのですが、ショートブレッドは伝統的な専用の型がある訳ではありませんので、おそらく、オリジナルで作られたものではないかと思います。程よいフリルの形を簡単に作ることが出来て優秀です♫
