昨天傍晚趁著里先生累到不得不小睡時趕緊捲起袖子做飯(來日本那麼久初次在早餐時間以外擁有廚房權)。
最近里媽媽常常送來水果蔬菜魚類肉類(批發量那種),以我吃東西的份量是完全來不及清空啊!
今天要去三天兩夜小旅行,為著清掉快發芽的馬鈴薯和快爛掉的蘋果而做了沙拉,然後把里媽媽送來的三文魚調味煎熟搭配醃白蘿蔔(家裡種的白蘿蔔!隨時可以去院子拔蘿蔔讓我很亢奮)和米飯當一餐。
沒想到日本賣的魚大多數已經用鹽醃製,我自己雖然沒怎麼灑鹽但因清洗不透徹而好鹹,只好拆碎魚肉加到飯裏倒入綠茶做茶泡飯吃。
